SL Commercial Construction is so proud to have been the Construction Management team that brought this iconic Phila Landmark to the next level for Ravi Bayanker and his team! Colin Leonard was the SLc Senior Project Manager that led the team! This 3 story, multiphase project started with a complete demolition and shoring down to the perimeter structure in order to conjoin 2 Buildings with open floors. Three floors of structural steel beam and columns were installed before construction began. SL carpenters framed and constructed from basement to 3rd floor consisting of 3 Bars, 2 Lounges, a DJ Suite, Greenroom, 2 restroom banks, and 3 major dance floors. All of the walls and ceilings were successfully constructed with a sound proof system designed by engineers. The custom wood floors, concrete bar tops and Sound and Lightind controls from inspirations from Miami and Ibiza completed the final touches on this World Class Club.

SLc built all new custom restrooms and custom bars and an amazing custom tasting room that features grape pressing, processing and tasting areas to manufacture the city’s best wines.
